Pathology IT Specialist

Job description

32 Stripes is seeking a Pathology IT Specialist for an NHS Trust we partner with in the South-East of England. The Pathology IT Specialist will help with over LIMS implementation.

The Pathology IT Specialist will:

Excellent analytical skills for understanding complex workflows, change impact assessment, and troubleshooting
Highly capable of autonomous working and setting out clear workplans for staff
Advanced understanding of Pathology IT solutions, and how they integrate (e.g. analyser interfaces)
Wide-ranging pathology knowledge with understanding across multiple pathology disciplines
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams across organizations, including suppliers
Strong delivery focus and able to meet tight deadlines within the pressures of working in a busy environment
Familiarity with quality management systems and procedures including their application to IT systems

Qualifications

A minimum of 2 years experience with LIMS (Winpath) and HL7 Interfaces
Proven experience working with an NHS Trust
Must be able to start at the beginning on August
